MRA Service

 

All products purchased from VST (NZ) Limited are subject to manufacturers warranty.

VST (NZ) Limited will not accept the return of any goods without a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) by fax or email.

Please follow the link to fill in a MRA request form and fax it back or email to mra@vst.co.nz to obtaining an RA# -

Any goods returned without an RA number will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. You can also download the Excel format MRA form by right clicking here and save as.

Please notice following before you send out the MRA goods:

1. MRA number will be cancelled automatically without prior notification if MRA material is not returned within two weeks from the day MRA number issued . If the goods is send out after two weeks of issued, item/s will be returned and we will ask you to apply again.

2. Return of exactly MRA items and Q'ty, which approved ahead, is requested.

3.Please provide the MRA # with the item/s shipped.

4. VST has the right to refuse the acceptance of any drive with physical damage or burnt chip set unless it was mentioned before the issued of MRA #.
